I consider Dell a piece of crap:

• the charger is dead
• the DVD writer had problems with writing discs when it was new and I had to use a firmware. Now it does not read DVDs anymore.
• the laptop can’t find the battery – I have read about this on a lot of forums and a many people have this problem: the laptop is not seeing the battery and if you buy a new one you will have the same problem.
