Acne is a skin condition that causes spots. The best way to get rid of acne is by prescription acne medication.
But if you don’t like med’s you can try one of these home remedies:
Tea Tree Oil
The use of tea tree oil in treating acne has always been rather popular. Tea tree oil contains terpinen-4-ol which makes it a good anti-bacterial agent. Applied on your skin, specifically on the lesions caused by acne, tea tree oil can kill the bacteria Propionibacterium Acnes.
Salicylic Acid
This is the active ingredient in aspirin and part of the reason this simple compound is sometimes called a miracle drug. It has many uses and is safe and effective, used properly.
Alcohol and Acetone
Both of these common chemicals are safe, but are generally much less effective than more modern acne home treatments. Alcohol is a mild antibacterial and helps remove oil from the surface. Similarly, acetone is a degreasing agent and helps keep the surface clear. But the excess oil (sebum) that contributes to acne lies well under surface where it lends a growth medium for bacteria and helps clog pores. Removing surface oil is of limited benefit.
Honey
Another acne home remedy with anti-bacterial properties is honey. Honey is most commonly used for the treatment of colds, but few people know that it may also be used to treat acne. All you need to do is to apply a film of honey on your face, let it settle and then rinse it off thoroughly. You only have to do this once or twice a week. Honey is an all-natural acne remedy, so you will not have to worry about irritation.

As you age, the constant movement of the joints creates wear and tear. Toxic wastes that circulate in the blood, dead cells, uric acid, inorganic acids and liquid can accumulate in the various joints and cause inflammation and pain.
There are several conditions and lifestyles that may cause joint pain:
- Obesity
- Diabetes
- Heredity
- Poor nutrition
- Poor digestion
- Lack of water
It has been observed that the damage and trauma to cartilage resulting from life-long wear and tear of the joints causes pain.
To fight against pain you can get a natural supplement like Flex Protex D.

High-quality whey protein powder is excellent choices for post- workout nutrition since they get into your system fast to feed those depleted muscles. Casein, on the other hand, is a slow releasing protein as it recurdles into a solid in your gut prolonging digestion – this would be an ideal
choice prior to your workouts or before going to bed.
Highly recommended: before taking any supplements go to your physician and do a complete checkup, especially regarding cardiovascular, renal and liver functions. Tell your physician about what supplements you are going to take and ask him for an advice.
Learn as much as you can about the supplements you want to take. Be sure they are the best for your purpose – lose weight, increase your muscle mass, etc. You can start by googleing the products your physician/advisor recommended. You can get a lot of information and, most important you can find offers which are much lower than your local store (sometimes half the price).
Take only well-known supplements. Stay away from those without a good brand name, expired ones, not FDA-approved, very new or unusual.

What is nodule acne
Acne is a common form of skin disorder. It can vary in severity, appearing as pimples, whiteheads or blackheads in its mild form or as cysts and pustules in its more severe form. The nodular form of acne is characterized by blocked oil glands that produce inflamed skin and tissue.
One common mistake that people trying to either treat or prevent acne do is clean their face constantly. If you do this, your skin can actually dry out and become irritated, making a perfect breeding ground for acne. If there is either too much oil or not enough in your skin pores, it can cause breakouts. So don’t think that washing your face will help, it anything it could end up working against you.
People suffering from the nodular form of acne should not try self medication or self treatment. It is important that they seek the advice of a licensed dermatologist for proper diagnosis and prescription.
The best way to treat nodular acne is to address it immediately during its early stages. This is to prevent further infection and scarring. Antibiotics may be prescribed to help stop infection and prevent further break outs. Antibiotics also help minimize inflammations and ease the swelling of the skin.

Employing a multi block water purifier. These systems typically involve multiple stages of filtration. They employ a carbon filter with other filters based mostly on sub micron filtration or ion exchange. These multiple stages of processing make sure that all kinds of organic and chemical pollutants are removed from the water.
They also help in boosting the pH balance of water, basically, these purifiers have all the benefits of carbon filters and the added benefit of having the ability to remove other hard pollutants also. The water produced by these purifiers is 99.9% clean and pure.
Not only is it free from all kinds of contaminants, it successfully keeps the necessary minerals present in natural water.
HAVC filters
Activated carbon filters are hydrophobic which means they repel water. And they are oleophilic which means they adsorb oily and other organic contaminants. So, when water is made to pass through a carbon filter, water is repelled and other contaminants present in it are adsorbed by the carbon surface. As a result the organic contaminants successfully get removed from the water.
