What causes the dark circles
The one common reason is the lack of sleep. People who don’t sleep for at least 7 hours a day will develop dark circles. There are many specialists claiming that dark eye circles are hereditary. Of course they are, but we also can see people with no sign under the eyes. Eat well and drink lots of water. Include plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, fish and lean meat. It will show in your eyes as well. In most cases, the condition is temporary and not a serious medical problem.
Some of the other causes of formation of dark circles and other signs of aging are poor diet, dehydration, over exposure to the sun, stress, hereditary and allergies. Some of the root causes that trigger formation of dark circles can be cut down except if it runs through your genes. If the main cause of dark circles in you is hereditary then there is nothing you can do with it than just accept that forever you will have panda eyes.
Get rid of them

Simple home remedies applied daily can be an easy way to get rid of under eye circles. Cucumber or potato slices, applied to your eyes for about fifteen minutes, is one remedy. Crushed mint leaves is another.
