Green tea
Green tea contains catechins, a group of substances that have been shown to reduce fat. Catechins seem to intensify fat oxidation and thermogenesis, which is the heat created by the body when it burns food for energy. Drinking Japanese green tea regularly will increase your metabolism and help you reduce your weight safely and naturally.
Coffee and exercise
Two cups of coffee about half an hour before aerobic exercise (like jogging) can increase the amount of fat the body breaks down for energy in order to feed the muscles.
Healthy diet
Exercise and healthy diet have always been and will always be the best quick weight loss programs. If you try to be a little more patient and stick with your weight loss workout, you will eventually see good results. There is no point in rushing things. Remember, the quicker you loss the fat, the higher and faster the risk of getting it back too.
Walking
Walking is a great activity that anybody can do in his or her spare time. If you have thirty minutes of spare time, take that time to go outside and take a walk. If it is too hot outside, or raining, go to the gym and walk on the treadmill. Once you have started walking, your heart will be getting a great work out and your body will be burning fat and calories as you walk along. After you have mastered the walking phase, you can move on to the next one. Now, exactly how is the walking phase mastered? The walking phase is mastered once one can walk one mile without getting tired. It will take a while before you can walk a mile without getting tired. However, once you walk regularly, walking one mile will not be a problem and you certainly will not get tired.
