Not eating or eating very small portions can help you loose weight fast, but if don’t follow a diet after that you will gain more pounds than you had before.
The idea is not to stress you body. If you want to loose weigh do it by eating the proper foods. You gained weight over a few months and it is unrealistic to lose it in a few days.
So get yourself on a diet. I know this sounds bad, but you can enjoy eating even you are on a diet. You will only eat different things. The best is to eat raw fruits and vegetables. They don’t have to many calories and they are full with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
